Objects found at the Poznań airport are transferred to the Lost and Found Office, with the exception of Lost Luggage during air transport.

Lost Property Office at the Airport

You can report items lost or left at the Poznań airport via:

open from Monday to Friday,
from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Collection of items is possible after prior arrangement,

The Lost and Found Office is located in the check-in hall on the ground floor between the LOT Polish Airlines office and the Customs Office (Tax Free).

All items found at the Poznań airport, with the exception of Lost Luggage, are handed over by the Manager to the competent staroste in accordance with the principles specified in the Act of February 20, 2015.

In the case of Poznań-Ławica Airport, these items are sent to the Lost and Found Office of the Poznań City Hall.
