The Lost and Found Office is located near Fast Track, by the boarding pass checkpoint.

All items found at the Poznań airport, with the exception of Lost Luggage, are handed over by the Manager to the competent staroste in accordance with the principles specified in the Act of February 20, 2015.

In the case of Poznań-Ławica Airport, these items are sent to the Lost and Found Office of the Poznań City Hall.
