Information for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility.

Assistance for disabled people includes assistance from the Passenger call for assist, until taking a seat on the plane, including:

  • time spent at the airport,
  • when boarding and deboarding the plane.

Remember that when booking a flight ticket, you must inform the airline or travel agent of the type of disability and any special needs associated with it.

In the text of the message, please provide the passenger’s name and surname, date and time of departure, flight number and name of the destination airport as well as information about the type of disability and the expected form of assistance.

Opinions and comments

All opinions, comments, as well as complaints regarding the service of disabled people and persons with reduced mobility, should be reported with the annotation “PRM” by e-mail or by letter.
