Lost Luggage Office

If your luggage is lost or damaged, please report it upon arrival to the Lost Luggage Office in the luggage claim hall.

The lost luggage office is run by the handling agent WELCOME Airport Services, a company that also deals with passenger services at Poznań Airport.

To prepare a lost luggage report, you will need:

    • luggage tag (or tags), which the passenger received at the check-in desk before departure,
    • boarding pass.

The representative of the handling agent will ask a few questions to enable identification of the luggage: luggage colour, brand, characteristic marking of the luggage.

If you leave the luggage claim area, you will contact the Lost Luggage Office:
– via a special telephone located in the arrivals hall in the public area,
– by reporting to the Airport Information Point in the arrivals hall in the public area.
