  Fees can be paid at the ticket sales point – Airlines Service, in the public part of the departures hall.

  Fees for carriers/travel agencies based on separate commercial contracts.

  ✈︎Dragon Pass cards,

  Additional information

  We kindly ask you to read additional information about the rules of using the salon:
  ✈︎thefee for entering the Business Executive Lounge can be paid directlyat the lounge‘s reception desk. We accept payments by card and cash (PLN only),
  ✈︎ After entering, you must register immediately – show the staff your boarding pass/loyalty card/voucher orpay the entrance fee,
  ✈︎ Staff has the right to refuse entry to the Salon in the event of providing false personal data, using another person’s card or finding that they do not have the right to use,
  ✈︎ The gastronomic offer available in the salon is intended for consumption on site. Taking products outside the showroom is prohibited.
  ✈︎ Alcoholic drinks are available to people over 18 years of age,
  ✈︎ Children in the BEL salon should remain under the constant supervision of adult guardians,
  ✈︎ BEL staff has the right to ask to leave the salon in the event of inappropriate behavior of the Passenger, which disturbs the comfort of others or generates dangerous situations,
  ✈︎ Poznań Airport – Ławica sp. z o.o. is not responsible for items left in the Salon. Each item left behind will be forwarded to Lost Property Office,
  ✈︎ Pets are allowed in the BEL salon provided that they are secured in carriers,
  ✈︎ Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the Salon,
  ✈︎ The passenger is obliged to constantly monitor voice announcements and flight timetable boards to arrive at the gate on time during boarding,

  NOTE

  ✈︎ Passengers disturbing the peace will be asked to leave the BEL lounge.
  ✈︎ If you need to leave the salon, your luggage cannot be left unattended.

  The Business Executive Lounge is located in the departures area (restricted area).
