Before each trip, please read the guidelines of the destination country and the airline. It is the passenger’s responsibility to complete all formalities required before departure. We recommend to review the test requirements in a country of your destination.

The Registration and Test Result Center at Poznań Airport, managed by DNA Research Center Ltd. (Centrum Badań DNA Sp. z o.o.) is open in the hours dependent on the flight schedule to the destinations where Covid-19 tests are required.

The point is opened 4 hours before departure (applies to rapid tests – antigen and RT LAMP. PCR test requires prior confirmation of the date of performance directly with the diagnostic point).

Specimen Collection Point is located at the eastern entrance to the departures terminal, near the Blue (P1) Car Park.

The stationary registration point for COVID tests is located in the public hall of the Departures terminal, near to the eastern exit.

Passengers may also register online in the REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

We recommend to get familiar with the test requirements in each country.

The tests are currently available to all travelers on regular and charter routes.

We offer tests:

  • PCR (24h result),
  • rapid antigen test (result up to 25 minutes),
  • RT-LAMP rapid test (result up to 1h).

Passengers who want to perform the RT Lamp test are kindly requested to appear at the registration desk no later than 3 hours before departure.

Test result in two language versions (Polish, English).

The result is sent to the e-mail address provided at the registration point and / or in the form of a printout (at the passenger’s request).

Tests after arrival

Please note that in the case of passengers arriving late at the registration desk, there may not be enough time to complete the procedure.

From 7 February 2021 at Poznań Airport, it is possible to perform tests for passengers who arrive.

Passengers can register online in the REGISTRATION SYSTEM , before the planned arrival in Poznań and stationary – at the airport registration desk.

Information for Passengers arriving from the Schengen area:

  • Passengers should have a negative result of the SARS CoV-2 test in Polish or English; at the time of crossing the border with Poland, the test result cannot be older than 2 days, counting from the moment of obtaining the test result;
  • Passengers who do not have a negative test result will be referred by the Border Guard to quarantine;
  • If Passengers test (and fail) after crossing the border within 48 hours, they will also be released from quarantine. The testing laboratory enters this result into the state sanitary inspection system;
  • Passengers who have received the full vaccination course of 2 doses of the EU-approved COVID-19 vaccine are exempt from quarantine. A vaccination certificate is required.

Schengen testing point
Passengers wishing to perform tests at the airport in Poznań, after crossing the border and control carried out by Border Guard officers and after collecting their luggage, may go to the test registration point in the public hall of the Departures terminal and perform the appropriate test. The check-in desk is open for all arrivals according to the current schedule.

Information for Passengers arriving from the Non-Schengen area:

  • Passengers who pass the pre-border diagnostic test (and fail) will not be released from quarantine;
  • The quarantine is only shortened by the negative result of the test performed after arrival in Poland and sent to the health care IT system within 48 hours;
  • Passengers who have received the full vaccination course of 2 doses of the EU-approved COVID-19 vaccine are exempt from quarantine. A vaccination certificate is required.

Non-Schengen testing point
Passengers wishing to perform tests at the airport in Poznań, after crossing the border and control carried out by Border Guard officers and after collecting their luggage, may go to the test registration point in the public hall of the Departures terminal and perform the appropriate test. The check-in desk is open for all arrivals according to the current schedule.
