The Restricted Use Zone was provided for by the provisions of the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2008.25.150, as amended) and introduced by the resolution of the Regional Council of Wielkopolska Province of January 30, 2012 around Poznań-Ławica Airport in Poznań.
