Business Executive Lounge
Appreciating the great importance of comfort, peace and time for a short relaxation before the journey of its passengers, Poznań Airport offers you the opportunity to use the services of the Business Executive Lounge.
Business Executive Lounge (BEL) is a service that provides passengers with a separate, comfortable room by the Airport*, while waiting for their flight to depart, with the possibility of using the catering offer, which includes, among others: hot and cold drinks, sweet snacks and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, as well as daily newspapers, wireless Internet and office equipment.
The condition to use the BEL Lounge is to have a valid boarding pass.
BEL Lounge is open during the following hours:
– Monday – 4:00 AM – 10:30 PM
– Tuesday – 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
– Wednesday – 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
– Thursday – 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
– Friday – 4:00 AM – 10:30 PM
– Saturday – 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
– Sunday – 4:00 AM – 10:30 PM
The passenger is entitled to entry to the BEL Lounge no earlier than 3 hours before the planned departure.
Regardless of whether you buy the Ticket online or in-store, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Children up to 7 years of age who have boarding passes accompanying the user of the BEL Lounge are entitled to use the service without additional charges.

You can buy a ticket to use the BEL Lounge:
ONLINE:
by clicking the “ORDER VIA TOBILET” button via our partner ToBilet**, you will be redirected to their website to finalize your order,
and
STATIONARY:
at the self-service kiosk in the Port terminal.
When you buy a ticket for Salon BEL you will receive a document entitling you to use the service. In the case of online purchase, you will receive an electronic document to the e-mail address you provided. When buying at a kiosk, you will receive a printed document.
If you are a Consumer or a Sole Proprietor, you can withdraw from the contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. Remember that you will not be entitled to the right of withdrawal if you decide to fully implement the service you have chosen before the expiry of this period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send your statement to TOBILET, which will handle the refund of the costs incurred by you, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or by mail to the following address: Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie sp. z o.o., ul. ✈ Gold Star Alliance card holders travelling with Lufthansa, LOT, SWISS, along with 1 companion
✈ Elite Plus SkyTeam card holders travelling with KLM, along with 1 companion
✈ Platinum and Gold Skywards card holders travelling with flydubai
✈ Priority Pass holders
✈ Dragon Pass holders
✈ Passengers who purchased entry to BEL via the ToBilet platform
✈ Passengers who purchased entry to BEL at a ticket kiosk
✈ Passengers who have access to BEL based on agreements concluded with travel agencies
✈ Passengers who purchase entry to BEL at the lounge reception
✈ Star Alliance card holders Silver who pay a fee of 55.00 at the BEL helpdesk
✈ SkyTeam Elite cardholders who pay a fee of 55.00 at the BEL helpdesk
How to use Business Executive Lounge?
- Report at the BEL helpdesk, which is located in the departures area (restricted area)
- Show the staff your ticket entitling you to use the BEL (a printed document or an electronic document or its printout).
- Enjoy the comfort of the BEL.
