Individual assistance at the airport, including meeting the Passenger at the airport entrance and assisting with all formalities related to check-in.

A VIP transport service that provides a comfortable ride to and from the plane, in a luxury vehicle.
VIP Check-in:
Private passport and baggage check-in, offering exceptional comfort and discretion.

You can book and purchase services at Poznań Airport in two ways:

by clicking the “order service” button on the Poznań-Ławica Airport website, which will redirect you to the ToBilet website. ToBilet is our trusted partner in booking airport services, ensuring a fast and safe purchase process.
by email (does not apply to Parking):

In the email, please provide details of the service you are interested in, the date and time of the planned use, and any additional information that may be important for the implementation of your reservation.
Payment methods vary depending on the booking method:
Reservations via ToBilet:
Payment is made directly during the purchase on the ToBilet website – various payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards, as well as other options available in the ToBilet system.
Email reservations (does not apply to Parking):
Payment for services booked via email is made on site, in the Business Executive Lounge (BEL). You can pay by payment card (credit or debit) or cash. We issue a VAT invoice on request.
All services (excluding Parking) are available during the opening hours of our Business Executive Lounge (BEL).
