a) to conclude and perform a contract for VIP services (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”, “GDPR”)),
b) in the event of any disputes, we can also process your data to exercise claims or defend our rights pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which is our legitimate interest (exercising our claims and defending our rights).
