Trinity College
The oldest and most prestigious college in the country, founded by Queen Elizabeth I. Its list of alumni includes Samuel Beckett and Oscar Wilde. Both the facade of the building and the extensive College Park around it are worth seeing, as are the college’s interiors including the library. The Long Room, or Long Room, is a popular part of the library. It was this space that became the prototype for the Galactic Jedi Library from Star Wars.

St Patrick’s Cathedral
The largest ecclesiastical church in Ireland. According to legend, it was here that St Patrick baptised pagans converting to Christianity. However, St Patrick is not the only well-known figure associated with the site. Indeed, the coffin of Jonathan Swift, author of Gulliver’s Travels, rests in the cathedral.

Airport
The modern Dublin Airport (IATA code: DUB, ICAO: EIDW) is the largest airport in Ireland. It is located about 10 km from the city centre. Thanks to the excellent public transport, you can easily and quickly get to the city centre by bus.
