On February 10, 2025, Ms. Agnieszka Szymankiewicz has been appointed as the Vice President of the Board. Therefore, starting from February 10 of this year, the Management Board of Port Lotniczy Poznań-Ławica sp. z o.o. consists of two people:

Grzegorz Bykowski – President of the Board
Agnieszka Szymankiewicz – Vice President of the Board

Below is a brief biography of the new member of the Airport’s Management Board, Vice President Agnieszka Szymankiewicz.

Agnieszka Szymankiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (1994) and has been a registered tax advisor since 2008. She has spent many years of her professional career in tax administration, gaining experience at various levels in Poznań and in the national administration. She has held positions such as the Head of the Tax Inspection Office, the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań, and the Deputy Head of the Customs Service at the Ministry of Finance.

Since 2009, she has been associated with local government administration, where she gained competence and experience in real estate management and the functioning of commercial law companies as the Deputy Director of the Real Estate Management Department of the City of Poznań Office, a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Wielkopolska Investment Support Center, and in the years 2019-2024, the Vice President of the Poznań TBS and the President of the Leszczyńska SIM.

Thanks to her broad knowledge of tax law and the principles of operation of government and local government administration, she has effectively managed large teams and coordinated the activities of various employee groups.

On February 10, 2025, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Port Lotniczy Poznań-Ławica sp. z o.o., after successfully completing the qualification procedure, Agnieszka Szymankiewicz was appointed as the Vice President of the Board.
